WEDDINGS

Facility Rental Fee: $2,500.00

A Ceremony may be added to your rental fee for an additional $1,000.00. This fee includes a 1-hour rehearsal the day before the event.

Friday-Saturday Food & Beverage Minimum: $5,000.00
Sunday-Thursday Food & Beverage Minimum: $3,500.00

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Rental Fees are based on a four (4) hour event with three (3) hours of support time. Should the event exceed the contracted time frame, overtime charges of $500.00 per hour will apply, plus additional staffing fees.

Site Fee includes exclusive use of facility, in house tables, white padded folding chairs, table linens and draping of the ceremony site.

The rental fee & ceremony fee of $2,500 and the ceremony fee of $1,000 are due at time of signing contract to secure the facility. Additional payments can be made in increments leading up to the final payment due seven (7) business days prior to your event.

Parking fee of $5.00 per car is applied in addition to staffing one parking attendant per 150 cars at $125.00.

Custom design packages and bar packages are available upon request.

VENDOR INFORMATION:

All vendors must provide proof of insurance & business license to Venetian Room management. Uninsured or unlicensed vendors are not permitted at Venetian Room.

Venetian Room Management must be advised of all deliveries planned for the event. Management will then coordinate delivery time with the vendor.  Deliveries not planned for in advance may not be accepted.

All vendors must check in & out with Venetian Room management when entering and leaving the building. Should they fail to do so, the client will be subject to a fee to compensate for any portion of facility found damaged or in unacceptable condition due to negligence of vendor.
